Country Crossroads appeals to international audience with “Overnight Down Under”

28 February 2017 Station Updates

Country Crossroads is making an appeal to its large international following with its latest new show, ‘Overnight Down Under‘, hosted by Kevin Robb. This original show will air weekday mornings from midnight – 5am (ET) on AM1680 and CountryCrossroadsRadio.com. In addition to featuring the station’s unique brand of True Country, Kevin will also be adding an international flare to the offering, occasionally featuring prominent international artists, particularly those from his home country of Australia.

“We have such a tremendous following outside of the US, especially during the overnight hours, and we believe this new show will be a huge hit with those listeners from all around the globe,” says Operations Manager, Josh Tanner. “Kevin is a pro and we’re lucky to have him as a part of our team.”

Kevin, who will be broadcasting from a studio in Australia, is no stranger to the Country music scene or the US. Kevin resided in Nashville and in Dublin, Georgia for many years, and has been apart of the Country music scene for decades.

“Whether you’re listening in the middle of the day from half way around the world, or you’re working third shift back home in Dacula, there will be something for everyone in each show and there will be something new for everyone, too. I’m stoked to be diversifying our music selections even more with some great international offerings, combined with Kevin’s knowledge and expertise,” Josh Tanner said.

The new show will debut on Monday, March 6th at 12am only on AM1680 Country Crossroads.
